- Chapter 2 – Parental Leave – Amended the definition of what is parental leave to take into account changes as a result of the Fair Work Amendment (Improving Unpaid Parental Leave for Parents of Stillborn Babies and Other Measures) Act 2020 that gave access to 12 months of unpaid parental leave for parents impacted by stillbirth or infant death.

- Chapter 1 – Pre-Employment NDIS Worker Screening substantially rewritten to reflect NDIS screening requirements from 1 February 2021.
