A Note From the Lead Author
I have lectured in Employment Relations at ACU in Brisbane and have worked in central government organisations including the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.
The NDIS Self-Managers: Staff Employment Manual has been developed in consultation with Local NDIS Local Area Coordinators as well as people with disabilities who will be direct employing support workers.
We have deliberately written this manual for self-managers who will be hiring less than 15 staff members. If you will be hiring more than 15 staff members, then we recommend our Instant HR Policies and Procedures Manual.

Let’s start with a clean slate. Head to the home page www.employeemanual.com.au and make sure that the top menu green button has the words “Account Log In”. If you see the words “Account Log out”, then click on the button to log out of the system and start fresh. Next, click the menu item that says Account Log In. You will be taken to the login page. Enter your login details you were sent when you first started with us, and you will be taken to the Member's Area. Click on the blue "View Details and Downloads" text.
