- Chapter 2 – Parental Leave – Paid Parental Leave updated to reflect changes with the scheme.
- Chapter 2 – Reasonable Adjustment – Renamed Disability and Reasonable Adjustment and more information provided about procedures during recruitment and for employees who become disabled during employment.

- Chapter 1 – Recruitment and Selection – Pre-Employment Safety Screening. This section has been amended to reflect the transition to requiring NDIS Worker Screening Checks for all risk assessed roles. This section will be amended again in January 2021 to reflect the final worker screening requirements for NDIS registered providers.
- Chapter 1 – Recruitment and Selection – New section on 100 points of Identification requirements.
- Chapter 1 – Induction – Included reference to the need to complete the Quality, Safety and You online NDIS Worker Orientation training module.
- Chapter 2 – Privacy of Personnel Files & Pay Records. Included the NDIS as an entity that requires files to be retained for certain time periods.
